F.A.Q.

Causes

  • If the cable order is wrong, compressor doens’t work. Phase order of inner cables organized at the factory and tested before delivering.
  • Phase control relay or controller may be broken

Solutions

  • Phase order can be changed at the main patch panel. After changing phase order, rotation of engine should be controlled.
  • If the alarm still goes like this even changing the phase order, probably phase control relay or controller may broken. Related part should be controlled and may be changed.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: A01
  • LOGIK 26S: AL05
  • LOGIK 33S: AL06

Warning:If the screw block rotates the wrong way, it’s broken in a short span of time and it should be renewed. For this reason, the way of rotation of screw block must be controlled.

Causes

  • Single or multiple phase loss at the main power supply.
  • Loosen the connections at the main power supply terminals.
  • Phase control relay or controller may be broken.

Solutions

  • Gauging all phases while comparing with phase losses.
  • Make sure connection terminal of main power supply is tight.,
  • Control the phase control relay and controller. If either of them is broken, renew it.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: A01
  • LOGIK 26S: AL04
  • LOGIK 33S: AL05

Causes

  • If the system voltage is lower than allowed voltage limit of compressor.
  • Loosen the connections at the main power supply terminals.
  • Power supply cable is insufficient
  • Power distribution unit fault or wrong connection of inlet terminal

Solutions

  • Control the main supply voltage. Main supply voltage shouldn’t be lower than 5% of compressor voltage limit.
  • Control the connections of main supply.
  • Use suitable cable section for power supply. See the manual for cable section.
  • Make measurement at the inlet and outlet of terminals. Power distribution may broken or connections are wrong. For this reason, low voltage problem may occur at the side of inlet or outlet.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: A07
  • LOGIK 26S: AL28
  • LOGIK 33S: AL14

Causes

  • This alarm occurs if there is power failure at the power supply of controllers. Power distribution sends the power into controller. Power distribution may broken.
  • Main switch may broken.
  • Power distribution voltage may be variable or connection of inlet terminals is wrong.

Solutions

  • Measurement the power distribution outlet. Power outlet should be 12Vac. If the power outlet less than this, change the power distribution. Control the main supply voltage and
  • Control the switch if needed change it.
  • Control the connection of power distribution inlet. If the outlet of power distribution less than 9Vac, change the power distribution.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: POF
  • LOGIK 26S: AL18
  • LOGIK 33S: AL12

Causes

  • Thermic switch may be broken or the fuse blew setting is wrong.
  • Compressor exceeds the limit of pressure.
  • Seperator may be engorged.
  • Mechanical failure at the screw block
  • Mechanical failure or electrical problem at the main motor section.

Solutions

  • Check the current value of the main motor panel with thermic fuse blew value.
  • Measure the supply voltage and be sure the supply voltage value is between suitable values.
  • Check the compressor pressure settings. All values have to suitable according to the compressor capacity.
  • Check the inner and outer pressure difference. Be sure the seperator is not engorged.
  • Try to rotate the screw with your hand for checking mechanical failures.
  • Control the motor sections (terminals, insulations, cables, bearings etc.) Try to rotate motor shaft at the mechanical failures.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: A13
  • LOGIK 26S: AL02
  • LOGIK 33S: AL02

Causes

  • Low voltage or terminal connections of power supply may be loosen.
  • Thermic switch may be broken or fuse blew value is wrong.
  • Mechanical problem at the fan.
  • Overheat problem at the contactor by reason of corrosive ambient conditions.
  • Radiator shutters may be blocked by reason of dust.
  • Outlet of cooling air may be engorged.

Solutions

  • Control the terminal connections and measure fan supply voltage and current.
  • Control the thermal switch. If there is any mechanical problem, change the thermal switch.
  • Set the fuse blew value according to nominal current which writes on the fan motor plate.
  • Stop the compressor and try to rotate the fan with your hand. If the fan doesn’t rotate easily, balance of the fan or fan motor may be broken. Change the fan or fan motor.
  • If there is some corrosive problem at the fan contactor, change it.
  • Clean the radiator shutters with air. Outlet of cooling air may be engorged.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: A14
  • LOGIK 26S: AL03
  • LOGIK 33S: AL03

Causes

  • Mechanical problems at the motor section or screw block.
  • Cooling fan may be broken or ambient temperature is very high.
  • Currents can be very high because of low voltages.
  • Terminal connection of PTC inlet may be loosen or controller is broken.

Solutions

  • Rotate the screw block with your hand for controlling mechanical problems.
  • Check the fan status and motor body heat.
  • Measure the voltage and current when the compressor is loaded. Control the motor windings with megger test.
  • Check (Short circuit) the terminal connection of PTC inlet and controller.

Controller Alarm Codes

  • LOGIK 9: A14
  • LOGIK 26S: AL03
  • LOGIK 33S: AL03

Causes

  • If the controller couldn’t got resistance value which comes from temperature sensor.
  • Probe inlet connections may be loosen.

Solutions

  • Measure the resistance value od temperature sensor. Temperature sensor may renewed.
  • Temperature inlet sensor of controller may be broken. Renew the controller.
